Ticket information

PLEASE NOTE - Ticket entry fee is not included in the mini session pricing - you will need to buy your tickets from The Confetti Flower Field from the 18th of June

How do we book?

Your session slot is secured by payment of a £50 booking fee

The balance is due for payment the day before your session by bank transfer

Who are the sessions suitable for?

Mini sessions are booked per household - families, children, couples etc - Grandparents are welcome but brothers/sisters/extended families cannot be accommodated within one session

What if it rains?

We get creative - pack appropriately for the weather, bring a showerproof coat, your wellies, umbrellas etc and let's have fun! Rain can surprisingly be more fun than really hot weather!

If it is torrential and the fields are not open due to extreme weather then the session fee is credited towards a future mini session

If it's very hot please be mindful there is little shade available - take care in the sun, bring sun lotion, water bottles, umbrellas for shade and wear appropriate clothing

Can we bring our dog(s)?

The Confetti Fields are not open to dogs - please do not bring them for these sessions

(I love dogs, we can arrange a different mini session to include them for another location and date)

Where do we meet you when we arrive?

There will be a designated meeting area and I will share my phone number with each booking

Due to the nature of mini sessions please arrive and be at the meeting area slightly before your session time

Sessions cannot run over and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals

We have young children, do you have any tips?

If they are of an age to understand where they are going - explain where you're going and that you'll be having fabulous photos taken, involving them in outfit options is always fun, as is helping to pack

Bring treats - I hate to say it but treats and rewards can help during trickier times

we have a family member who is neurodiverse

Same here, you will know whether the setting will be within the person's limits

Comfort is a priority

We can look for quieter areas of the field if preferred

Letting me know ahead of your session is helpful but not a necessity

I'm very calm and empathetic

I'll send you a mini guide with some helpful tips for your mini session wardrobe

Comfort is the number one priority as well as dressing for our fabulous British weather!

I'd love photos of my sister with her children and our families together - can we do this?

Yes, please book two sessions back to back, we will then take images together and as separate families
